Art Project March 2004. “The Shit’s Hit The Fan… (gotta call my neighbors!!!!)” is what we editors called the art project we sent through the networks. We were thinking about the continued collapse of government social services. We wanted to help inspire Angelinos to work collaboratively on finding grassroots solutions to our societally-based problems. We wanted to represent local projects that usually find no other representation. Some of the responses we received were in answer to our call. Other responses saw the call as a space to represent their ongoing projects.
